A 42-year-old male, software engineer, presents to OPD with:
• Recurrent episodes of palpitations for 6 months
• Associated dizziness and sweating
• Each episode lasts 10–15 minutes
• Relieved spontaneously
• No chest pain
• No past cardiac illness
On examination (between episodes):
1: BP: 130/80 mmHg
2: Pulse: 78/min, regular
3: CVS: Normal
4: CNS: Normal
ECG (baseline): Normal sinus rhythm
