1: Decide on How many Hours a Day You can Study ?
The First step is to sit and Plan out on How many hours a day realistically Study. Please note that this number will be entirely different for everyone and is depending on some factors such as Job, Your commitments and other Personal Life.
So that , Once you decide on how much hours you can study a day then you can start to create Schedule .

3: Find a Time of Day When You Can Study Most Effectively:

4: Set Aside Time for Breaks
It is important to take breaks while you are studying, both to give your mind a rest and to allow yourself time to do other things. Make sure that you schedule some time each day for activities that you enjoy, such as reading or going for a walk.
5: Figure Out What You Need to Study
In order to make an effective study plan, you first need to figure out what material you need to cover. This will vary depending on the exam you are taking and the resources you have available. If you are taking the NEET PG exam, for example, you will need to focus on subjects like biochemistry, Physiology or Medicine. Talk to your teacher or tutor and look over old tests to get a better idea of what topics will be covered on the exam.
6:Create a Study Schedule
Once you know what material you need to study, it’s time to create a schedule.
Start by blocking out time in your calendar for studying. Then, break down each subject into smaller goals that you can complete over time. For example, if you’re studying for the NEET PG, you might want to spend one week focusing on biochemistry, one week on Psychiatry , and one week on physiology.
Make sure to leave some flexibility in your schedule so that you can adjust as needed based on your progress.
7: Set Goals:
In addition to creating a study schedule, it’s also important to set goals for yourself. These goals should be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART). For example, a goal for studying for the NEET PG or NEXT might be “to score 75% or higher on the exam” or “to complete all of my practice questions within two weeks.” By setting SMART goals, you can keep yourself motivated and on tract throughout your studies.
