Clinical Challenge of the day
A 42-year-old male, software engineer, presents to OPD with:
• Recurrent episodes of palpitations for 6 months
• Associated dizziness and sweating
• Each episode lasts 10–15 minutes
• Relieved spontaneously
• No chest pain
• No past cardiac illness
